1. Subscription Cancellation:
a. Monthly Subscriptions: Users can cancel their monthly subscription at any time by accessing their account settings on our website. To ensure that you are not billed for the next month’s subscription, you must cancel your subscription by the 15th of the current month.
b. Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be canceled within the first month of the subscription term. After the initial month, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Billing and Cancellation Dates:
Subscriptions, both new and recurring, are billed on the 15th of each month. Subscriptions placed between the 16th of the previous month and the 15th of the current month will receive the next month’s shirt, and the billing will occur at the time of subscription creation or renewal.
3. Refunds:
a. Refunds for Subscription Cancellation: Users who cancel their monthly subscription before the 15th of the current month will not be billed for the following month. No refunds will be provided for subscriptions canceled after the renewal has been billed.
b. Refunds for Current Production Shirt: Users who cancel their subscription after the renewal has been billed but before the next month’s shirt is shipped will receive the current production shirt, which is non-refundable.
4. Size Changes and Subscription Cancellation:
Users have the flexibility to change the size of their next shipment or cancel their subscription at any time. Changes to the size selection must be made before the next billing date to ensure accurate sizing.
